Kelsey-Seybold has adopted Optum’s Employee Referral Bonus Plan.

As part of this program, the only way to get credit for a referral is to follow the process outlined below, where a link is sent to the employee being referred to formally apply.

Instructions for referring a friend for a specific position:

  1. Click the Internal Job Search here.
  2. On the Internal Job Search page, enter the appropriate job search criteria.
  3. Open the job posting.
  4. Click the Refer a Friend link at the top of the posting, which will direct you to the Privacy Agreement.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “I Accept”.
  5. Complete the requested information to submit your referral.
  6. Once you have reached the “Thank You” page, your referral has been successfully completed and received.
  7. An acknowledgement will be sent to your email inbox thanking you for your referral. Your friend will receive an email with a link asking them to complete their profile in our system. IMPORTANT: Following this link is a requirement; it is the only way your friend is connected to your referral.

To monitor the status of your referral, visit the Internal Job Search page and select My Dashboard in the upper right corner, which will direct you to the Privacy Agreement.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “I Accept” and click My Referrals.
